Reduction for kids:

Exception: with the “Summer vacations at the Klockerhof” offer, all children up to
age of 9 stay for free (from 7 nights).

Our kitchen team also offers lots of delicious dishes on the menu especially for our youngest guests and in the afternoon there is a “Tyrolean snack” as well as ice cream every day 🙂

However, they are not allowed in the dining room and wellness area.
Only certain rooms are available here, so please book in advance.
We also reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee in the event of increased soiling at the end of your stay.

Cancellation & withdrawal
Cancellation conditions:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
From 30 days before arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
These costs are also incurred if we are able to rent the room in whole or in part.
With every booking we ask you to transfer a deposit of 20% of the total price in advance or to pay it by credit card.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance from EUROPÄISCHE Reiseversicherung.
You can also take out this insurance through us.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival and departure
Your room/suite is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
It must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
You are welcome to use the wellness area free of charge on the day of departure.
If you arrive later than 6:00 pm, please let us know.

50% of the room rate (without dinner) if available until 18:00.
