FREE HOLIDAYS AT THE Klockerhof for all children up to 9 years of age Bookable for the entire summer season We give all our “little guests” up to and including 9 years of age a free stay at the Klockerhof. Christian has great hikes and excursions for families in his program. Our kitchen team also has lots of delicious dishes on the menu especially for our youngest guests and in the afternoon, in addition to the “Tyrolean snack”, there is also ice cream every day 🙂

Dogs are very welcome here! However, they do not have access to the dining room and wellness area.
Only certain rooms are available, so please book in advance.

Cancellation & withdrawal
Cancellation policy:
For bookings over Christmas, New Year’s, and Carnival holidays
December 18, 2026 – January 3, 2027 & February 6-14, 2027:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.
From 60 to 31 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price as a cancellation fee.
From 30 days before arrival, 90% of the total price is charged as a cancellation fee.
These charges apply even if we are able to re-let the room, either in whole or in part.
With every booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 20% of the total price in advance, either by bank transfer or credit card.
Exception: For early bookings, the deposit is 30% of the total price.
Deposits paid will be offset against any applicable fees in the event of cancellation or refunded in the case of free cancellations.
Only a fee of €25.00 will be deducted from the deposit in this case.
For all other dates, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 31 days before departure.
From 30 days before arrival, 90% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
These costs are also incurred if we are able to sublet the room in whole or in part.
With every booking we ask you to transfer a deposit of 20% of the total price in advance or to pay by credit card.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance from EUROPÄISCHE Reiseversicherung. You can also take out these through us.
Arrival & Departure
Arrival and departure
Your room/suite will be available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. This must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to use the wellness area free of charge on your day of departure.
If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know.
